| TSA Architects was instrumental in helping BCA bring new life to an aging strip mall in need of redevelopment. This included among other objectives, the renovation of a theater into commercial space and bring a fresh approach to the exterior. The tasks needed to complete the renovation included coordination not only with the developer, jurisdiction and owner but also with national tenants. The net result was a conversion of the Garden Valley Center from a $3 million investment into a $12 million asset. |
