Key Features:
An existing steam boiler building was converted into a graphic design studio. The brick structure was stripped, cleaned and sealed. Inside services were exposed enhancing the rustic nature of the space.
Within the brick skin were inserted clean lined office areas, a meeting room and work areas. The open plan of the studio compliments the original building and new walls are minimal.
