| The Casino Road Apartments is made up of five buildings containing a total of 92 flats. Two different building types are used. A three story 24 unit building is used in flat areas of the site and a two story daylight type 10 unit building is used to take up grade in the sloped areas of the site. Unit types range in size from 800sf 1 bedroom units to 3 bedroom units with just over 1100sf.
