| Shumway 10 is a Planned Unit Development on the site of the old Shumway Mansion in the Juanita Beach area of Kirkland. The site was planned to cluster housing so as to not block views into the site of the mansion. Stream and wetland issues also added to the site design constraints associated with this project. The townhouses are designed to be sympathetic to the historic mansion through similar use of building forms and materials. |
