| The Cliffs Condominiums project is located in downtown Des Moines near Des Moines Beach. The site is perched on a bluff with uninterrupted views to the West of the Sound. The use of shingles lends itself to the beach location. The articulation of the building makes it feel smaller which is in keeping with the scale of a beach community.
